At this time Blue Sky Counseling Associates accepts the following insurances:

  2. United Healthcare 8. MVP (and MVP Medicaid)

  3. Employee Assistance Program 9. Cigna/Evernorth

  4. GHI/Emblem Health 10. Out-of-Network

  5. Aetna 11. Private Pay

  6. Carelon

If you do not participate with any of these insurance companies, we do offer a sliding scale for those who qualify.  If you would like to be considered for sliding scale please speak with your counselor. We encourage you to contact your insurance company about reimbursement for out of network services.  We can provide you with a Superbill at the end of the session to submit to your insurance company if needed.

Payment is expected at time of session.
