New Clients: Start Here
Reaching out is the hardest step. Here is what to expect when you begin.
How to Schedule
Call us at 914-584-2119 or send a message through our contact form. We'll answer your questions and help match you with the right clinician.
Your First Session
Your first session is a chance to get to know your therapist, talk about what brings you in, and set goals together. There's no pressure to share everything at once.
Before Your Visit
Please download, complete, and sign the intake packet before your first session. If the client is a minor, a parent or guardian completes the forms.
Telehealth Sessions
All sessions are currently held by secure video telehealth, so you can meet with your therapist from home.
Insurance & Fees
We accept most major insurance plans, offer a sliding scale for those who qualify, and can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement.
